NEW LOGO FOR CCM
For many years, Calvary Chapel Miami has served the Florida community with a large heart for biblical teaching and a supreme desire to know and be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Palm tree imagery can be found in many areas of the Bible: From the Feast of Tabernacles (Leviticus 23:33-44), artwork decorating the spaces within the ancient Israelite temple (1 Kings 6:29,32,35;7:36), to branches waved by crowds in acclamation during Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem (John 12:12-16). The new identity for CCM embodies the symbol of the palm tree for its long association with ideas of refreshment, regality, fruitfulness, and blessing.
